Speer’s has been a supporter of ACE Ciders from Graton since back in 1993, when they begam buying truckloads of freshly squeezed juice from the Barlow Company. They became the first operating cidery on the West Coast, and are now America’s leading, independent craft cidery, producing over 1.5 million gallons of nine different styles of cider per year, with the entire House family now working in the business. They have pioneered many new styles, including pineapple, blood orange, and barrel-aged Gravenstein cider and are now available in 47 states.
